Waterlab’s water activity meter is an essential tool for quality control of products and ingredients in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.

Wherever there’s a need to study a product’s shelf life to determine the risk of microbial development and, consequently, its shelf life over time, Waterlab is the ideal solution.

New calibration and control modes allow operators to optimize time, even when analyzing multiple samples with very different aW values.

The water activity meter (Aw) complies with the ISO 18787:2017 standard.

The software for external PC in a bi-directional Windows environment complies with Industry 4.0.

Equipped with Ethernet functionality for connection to local networks and remote control compliant with Industry 4.0.

Access hole for temperature check, with lock for certified external probes.

Dew Point Sensor

Waterlab stands out as the most efficient instrument on the market, thanks to its dew point sensor that measures the actual water activity (aW) and not related or secondary parameters. This makes the dew point sensor the reference point for these determinations.

Single and Multiple Sample Analysis

New calibration and control modes allow the operator to optimize time, even in the case of multiple sample analyses with very different aW values.
