The CSF6 filtration unit is optimized for efficient filtration after sample processing in the GDE Enzymatic Digester. This combination enables compliance with AOAC methods for total dietary fiber determination, significantly reducing analysis time compared to manual procedures.
CSF6 can filter up to 6 samples at the same time, even at full load, in less than 20 minutes. This system provides reliable and reproducible results, even with high sample throughput.
The high-efficiency pump accelerates both filtration and final washing. Additionally, compressed air can be injected from the bottom to remove any residual sample from the crucible filter, enhancing filtration quality and minimizing contamination risks.
