The ARE/AREX 5 series includes high-performance magnetic heating stirrers designed for precise temperature control and robust stirring capabilities.
This series consists of both digital and analog models, ensuring versatility for different laboratory applications. The AREX 5 Digital model offers advanced temperature regulation, while the AREX 5 and ARE 5 provide reliable analog control for basic stirring and heating tasks.

The AREX 5 Digital model ensures high reproducibility for temperature-sensitive laboratory applications.

The CerAlTop™ aluminum alloy plate provides fast and uniform heat transfer and chemical resistance.
Max temperature: 310°C with Pt100 or Pt1000 probe, achieving an accuracy of ±1.0°C, or ±0.5°C with the VTF digital thermoregulator.
Two selectable modes for optimal heating:
- FAST mode: Rapid heating with minimal overshoot.
- FINE mode: Slower heating for greater precision and stability.
The AREX 5 can be upgraded with a VTF digital thermoregulator to improve temperature accuracy and enable automatic control.

Precise and Efficient Thermoregulation

All ARE/AREX 5 models feature a strong brushless motor that enables:

Stirring of up to 20 liters (H₂O) in AREX 5 Digital and AREX 5, while ARE 5 is optimized for up to 15 liters.
Adjustable stirring speed between 50-1500 rpm, suitable for both low-viscosity and high-speed applications.
SpeedServo™ torque compensation, which ensures consistent stirring speed even when the viscosity of the medium changes.

The strong magnetic coupling supports the use of multiple vials simultaneously, providing reliable stirring across all positions.

Powerful and Consistent Stirring Performance

The AREX 5 Digital and AREX 5 incorporate multiple safety features to protect users and samples:

Over-temperature protection circuits automatically shut down heating in case of excessive temperature.
HOT TOP warning displays a message when the plate exceeds 50°C, preventing accidental burns.
IP42 protection rating ensures resistance to liquid spills and mechanical damage.
The robust die-cast aluminum housing and insulating disk provide long-term durability, even in demanding lab environments.
Designed to function in extreme conditions, such as working with cold media below 0°C.

The ARE 5 model is a versatile analog hot plate stirrer, ideal for basic heating and stirring applications in industrial and academic laboratories.
