The BL 224 BASIC model has external calibration and comes with a protection box and an RS-232 port for connecting to a PC and printer. The BL 224 model features internal calibration, GLP function, 16 different selectable units, sample counting function, %, formulation function, pipette calibration function, and animal weighing function. The BL 224 TOUCH model has a touchscreen display, internal calibration, and various measurement units, along with a protective glass plate box.
