According to APARATURA LAB’s agreed principle, a response to each of your written requests or calls must be provided on the same day, with adequate technical support and advice to promptly resolve the user’s equipment query. If possible, we conduct online service to further shorten the response time and reduce its costs. If a visit is required, our service engineers will arrange a visit with you as soon as possible. All service engineers are certified by equipment manufacturers and most have experience not only in servicing but also in working with various instruments and analytical techniques.
APARATURA LAB advises on the preventive maintenance service, which is carried out at specified time intervals in accordance with an agreement with the equipment user. The goal of preventive maintenance is to prevent device failures due to parts wear and tear, following equipment manufacturers’ recommendations to ensure continuous operation. Preventive maintenance (PM KIT) is a much better option than preventive servicing of equipment. Regular annual services for preventive maintenance of equipment reduce service costs and prevent the equipment from stopping “just when it is needed” for analysis during the production process.
